What is your typical turnaround time?
A basic website takes 2–3 weeks. E-commerce stores average 4–6 weeks. Custom applications vary based on scope — we'll give you a timeline upfront during scoping.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance plans that include updates, security patches, performance monitoring, and content changes. You're never left on your own after launch.
How many revisions are included?
Most projects include two rounds of revisions on design. We find this is usually enough — our process is collaborative, so by the time you see a design, we're already aligned on direction.
Do you work with existing websites?
Absolutely. We can redesign your current site, add features, improve performance, or take over maintenance. We'll audit what exists and recommend the best path forward.
What platforms do you build on?
For static sites we use Astro. For e-commerce, Shopify or WooCommerce depending on your needs. For content-driven sites, we'll recommend the CMS that fits best. We don't lock you into a single platform.
Do you handle hosting?
Yes. All sites are hosted on Cloudflare's global network — fast, secure, and scalable. Hosting is included in our maintenance plans or available as a standalone service starting at $15/month.
What information do you need to start?
A clear idea of your goals, any brand materials you already have (logo, colors, content), and examples of sites you like. We'll handle the rest from there.
Do you offer payment plans?
Standard terms are 50% deposit to begin and 50% on completion. For larger projects (over $5,000), we can arrange a three-payment schedule.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
We work iteratively and check in frequently, so surprises are rare. If something isn't working, we listen, adjust, and keep going until it feels right — within the agreed scope.
Can you help with content and copywriting?
Yes. We offer copywriting as an add-on service. We can write or refine all the text for your site, tailored to your brand voice and optimized for search.
Do you guarantee SEO results?
No honest agency can guarantee specific rankings. We guarantee ethical, white-hat practices, transparent reporting, and consistent effort. Results depend on competition, timeline, and ongoing investment.
What is your refund policy?
We don't offer refunds on custom work — every project is uniquely built for you. If you're unsatisfied, we'll work to make it right. For digital products (templates, guides), all sales are final due to the nature of digital goods.
How do you handle affiliate disclosures?
We believe in full transparency. Any page containing affiliate links includes a clear, plain-language disclosure notice. Our affiliate relationships never influence our recommendations.
What happens if I need to pause a project?
Life happens. If you need to pause, we'll document where we are and resume when you're ready. A small pause fee may apply for longer breaks, but we're flexible.
