Services
Studio Serg provides web design, graphic design, marketing, and related digital services as described in each project scope of work. All services are delivered on a fixed-price or retainer basis as agreed in writing before work begins.
Project Timeline & Delivery
Timelines provided are estimates based on the information available at project start. Delays caused by client feedback cycles, content delivery, or third-party dependencies will extend the timeline proportionally. We provide regular progress updates and communicate schedule changes promptly.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 50% deposit at project start and 50% upon completion prior to launch. Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may result in project suspension. For ongoing retainers, billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
Revisions & Scope Changes
Projects include two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions or scope changes outside the agreed scope of work will be quoted separately. We require scope changes to be confirmed in writing before implementation.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final delivered assets. Studio Serg retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. We do not claim ownership of client-provided content, logos, or brand materials.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for work completed up to that point, billed at the hourly rate of $150/hour. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to work completed.
Liability
Studio Serg's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue or business interruption.
Digital Products
Digital products (templates, guides, brand kits) are sold as-is with no refunds due to their digital nature. Products are licensed for use, not resold or redistributed. Each purchase grants a single-use license unless otherwise specified.
